Two way control Ball Valve

The HVAC water systems of commercial and public buildings can implement modulating or On/Off control by using the VBA16P-series of two-way control ball valves.

The Series 9120 Angle-type control valve is indispensable to control fluidof high differential pressure, slurry, high viscosity, or adhesive. They areprovided with a number of features such as low resistance of passage,antiwear quality within the valve, and easy maintenance and inspection.

These cast brass two-way ball valves are used for modulating control of hot / chilled water in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Honeywell CN7505A2001(5N.m), CN7510A2001(10N.m), CN7220A2007(20N.m) are recommendated to be used with VBA216 series.

Installation:

• Vertical installation of horizontal piping or horizontal installation of vertical piping.
• When mounting the actuator in the fields, before installing the actuator, use an adjustable wrench to manually rotate the valve stem several times. This rotation breaks the torque that may have built up during long-term storage.
• Pay attention to medium flow direction, make sure the valve to move in the proper direction, wire the input lines to the electric actuator correctly.
